The first fully functional permitted Earthship in the state of Florida. Contractor worked with Earthship originator Michael Reynolds the "Garbage Warrior" to modify the original Earthship Biotecture plans to meet Florida's stringent building codes.

Project 3.0 "The Roosevelt"

This project has been touted as "the most exciting and innovative architecture project in Tampa Bay" in Creative Loafing's Green 100.

Permaculture Design

Permaculture Design dictates we rethink waste as a resource yet untapped. Our projects feature sustainable Permaculture Design practices, often incorporating onsite wastewater management, container gardening, and onsite energy production. The Permaculture Guild is another partner of Eco-Tech Construction working to bring sustainability to the forefront.
